RULES & REGULATIONS
· All ticket sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
· FREE PARKING
· The resale of tickets is prohibited.
· All performances are rain or shine.
· Re-entry is not permitted.
· Guests will be permitted to bring a single clear plastic/vinyl bag (no larger than 13" x 15") of personal items. Ziploc bags are permitted. Small bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" with no more than one pocket are also permitted.
· Tailgating is prohibited.
· No outside food or beverages (including reusable water bottles/cups, stainless steel koozies and factory-sealed water bottles).
· Chairs in carrying bags must be removed before entering the security lines. If your chair has a canopy, you will need to put the canopy down at the start of the performance.
· DETurf is a smoke-free venue, including the use of electronic smoking devices.
· Please be courteous and aware of those around you. That includes refraining from loud conversations, talking on cellphones, or engaging in otherwise inappropriate behavior.
· Go with the flow when it comes to dancing and sitting. Expect that your neighbors may stand up to dance.
· Except for service animals, pets are not permitted.
· Shirts and shoes are required and must be worn at all times.
· Events and policies are subject to change without notice.
What You Can Bring to The DE Turf Sports Complex
· One clear plastic or vinyl bag not larger than 13" x 15" (Ziploc bags are permittable).
· Small bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" with no more than one pocket are also permitted and the contents are subject to visual inspection.
· Parental bags and medically necessary items are subject to search.
· Chairs and/or blankets: 20" max from the ground to seat, 36" max from chair arm to arm
· Pocketed personal items
· Small binoculars
· Non-aerosol sunscreen and bug spray
· Strollers and wagons
· Extra clothes
· Soft koozies
What You Can't Bring to The DETurf Sports Complex
· Alcohol
· Aerosol cans (including sunscreen and bug spray)
· Coolers
· Outside food items, including reusable water bottles/cups, plastic or stainless steel koozies
· Firearms or weapons of any kind, including, pocketknives
· Umbrellas
· Tablets, iPads
· Selfie sticks
· Laser pointers
· Flags or banners of any size
· Balls of any kind or size
· Frisbees
